A Houston native, she earned a bachelor of arts from Rice University and a master of arts in photography from Yale University.  She lives in Southlake, Texas and is a professor of photography at the University of North Texas. Angela Kingston, an independent curator and writer, will write the essay for the gallery guide that will accompany the exhibit.
