Day 1 -- 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 6: Learn how to create classic Mexican sugar skulls from molds. Instruction in technique and traditional recipes from master baker Elena Herman of Barbara Bon Bon Bakery in Nederland.
Day 2 -- 5-7 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 8: Learn how to make and use the special frosting to create your very own Dia de los Muertos decorations. Visit a special artist-created Ofrenda and learn about Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).
