The party of the season will take place on Friday, September 20, when the Art Museum of Southeast Texas unveils An Artful Evening. This carefully curated affair is designed to immerse you in the world of international art with a program orchestrated by a team of Artful Architects including Charlotte Mains, Albert Nolen, Lee Mann, Camille Ohmstede, Shelley Tortorice, and Paige Windham.

Honorees for An Artful Evening have “art-fully” supported AMSET throughout the years: patron Mark J. Kubala, MD, and artists Mike Cacioppo and Tina Novelli. Please join us in thanking them for their commitment to the arts in Southeast Texas. For attire, think the Metropolitan Museum’s Met Ball. Let your creativity artfully guide you to a creative ensemble fine enough for Anna Wintour’s red-carpet runway. Strike a pose and vogue!

The evening will begin with cocktails at 6:30 p.m. (for tables $10,000 & up) and 7:00 p.m. (for tables $5,000 & below and individual tickets) featuring a signature drink. Take a stroll through the main galleries and stop by the silent auction while listening to the wonderful sounds of the Night & Day Orchestra! Dinner catered by Two Magnolias will start at 8:00 p.m. followed by the live auction.

Prado – $5,000 table includes premium seating for 8, in the Madrid section for those who strut in muy bueno style.

Tate Modern – $2,500 table includes reserved seating for 8 for those fashionistas who celebrate the art of here and now!

Guggenheim – $750 admission for 2 who jet set between the new and old world and underwriting acknowledgement.

Artful Connoisseur – $250 admission for one adventurous, artful friend.
