Visit private collections, travel to Houston museums and meet gallery owners, tour artist studios, travel the country to experience top art and cultural destinations, and get exclusive, behind the scenes tours of area museums. AMSET’s Collectors Club hosts four major events every year. Memberships are good for 1 year. Proceeds benefit the acquisitions fund.
Collector’s Club’s first event for the New Year will be April 23 – 28, 2024! The club will make their first out-of-town trip (farther than Houston) since the pandemic paused travel programming and plan to visit Marfa, Texas.

Package options for the Marfa Trip (this does not include membership fees):
$1600 + $400 to stay at El Cosmico
$1600 + $636 to stay at the Thunderbird
$1600 + $700 to stay at the Lincoln Marfa
$1600 + $1800 to stay at Hotel St. George
The $1600 includes: your travel expenses (AMSET staff members are driving attendees in vans), your hotel in San Antonio both ways, your food and drink expenses, and expenses to visit/tour some of the art locations
The additional prices after the $1600 are total estimated costs for 3 nights in Marfa at each of the hotels listed based on their most cost efficient accommodations.
